Add the products you purchase from external suppliers directly to your booking process. This way your supplier will immediately receive a message when a booking is confirmed. From that moment on, Recras will keep your supplier informed about the progress of the booking.

Recras will keep your suppliers informed of any changes to a booking. If details are added to a booking, such as special diets with a caterer or the placement of a bouncy castle, then your supplier will be notified. You can also easily send an automatic reminder a few days before the activity.
