iCal and Recras

iCal is an online calendar. You can display a particular iCal in your own online calendar or on your phone, but you can also share an iCal with an external provider or a website where your availability is shown. From the following overviews from Recras you can request an iCal:

• Booking Overview
• Booked products overview
• Services on the staff page
• Filtered selection

The great thing about especially the booking overview and the booked products overview is that you can apply the necessary filters first, giving you exactly the overview you want. Via 'Export' at the top right of Recras you can copy an iCal link. This link by default picks up the selected period ahead.

 

iCal integrations

Many booking systems can deal with an iCal, this way they can display your availability on a website. This is especially interesting if you rent a group accommodation, vacation home or meeting room through Recras.
